When we met Rich eight months ago for our first condo shopping visit in Longboat Key, we liked his attitude of showing us the island and surrounding areas so we would make an informed decision regarding the area as well as a condo. He also took the time to learn our preferences and budget during that first trip. Over the next several months we emailed. Due to Covid-19, our visits were virtual. Rich went into units and FaceTimed with us during the walkthroughs. In June Rich called to say he had one for us. We FaceTimed toured the unit and it was perfect for us.
